Where is Xchange located?
Our retail store is located at Shop 222 & 241, 1st Floor, Aloka Nodi Bangla Complex, Ganginapar, Mymensingh, Bangladesh.
What are your store hours?
We are open Saturday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We are typically closed on Fridays (or open after Jummah).
Are your phones original and genuine?
Yes, 100%. We only sell genuine, authentic smartphones. We do not sell cloned, master copy, or replica devices under any circumstances.

How do you test pre-owned smartphones?
Every pre-owned phone goes through a comprehensive hardware audit including display touch, authentic screen panels (True Tone / AMOLED), camera focus and zoom, battery capacity and health percentage, speakers, microphones, and BTRC IMEI compliance.
Do pre-owned phones come with a warranty?
Yes, our pre-owned smartphones include a replacement guarantee period and extended service warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy page for specific terms.

How is my old phone's exchange value determined?
Exchange value is calculated based on model, RAM/ROM variant, physical condition, screen state, battery health percentage, and availability of the original box and charger.
What documents do I need to bring to exchange my phone?
Please bring a photocopy of your National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for verification purposes.
Can I exchange an Android device for an iPhone?
Yes, we accept exchanges across all supported brands. You simply pay or receive the cash difference based on the valuation.
Delivery & Payment
Do you deliver outside Mymensingh?
Yes, Xchange delivers to all 64 districts across Bangladesh via verified courier services with shock-proof protective packaging and tracking numbers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, and major debit/credit cards at our Ganginapar store.
