Refund Policy
Guidelines on return eligibility, refund processing timelines, and cancellation conditions at Xchange Mymensingh.
1. Refund Conditions
Refunds are applicable in the rare event that a purchased device suffers from an unresolvable hardware defect during the initial replacement warranty period and a replacement model of equal value is unavailable.
Refunds are not applicable for subjective changes of mind or color preference after purchase.
2. Processing Timelines
Approved refunds for mobile banking transactions are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Card refunds will be credited back through the issuing bank within 7 to 10 banking days according to payment gateway protocols.
