Rules, requirements, and valuation standards for smartphone exchange and trade-in at Xchange Mymensingh.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
Xchange accepts genuine smartphones from major brands including Apple, Samsung, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Vivo, Xiaomi, and Realme.
Devices must power on and allow diagnostic menu access for hardware verification.
2. Valuation Process
Valuation is based on the current market value of your model minus depreciation for cosmetic scratches, battery degradation, and missing accessories.
Original box, official charger, and proof of purchase increase your exchange value.
3. Documentation & Verification
A valid National ID card (NID) copy, birth certificate, or passport must be provided by the person trading in the phone.
All personal data and cloud accounts (iCloud, Google Account, Mi Account) must be logged out and factory reset before exchange completion.
