Steps and eligibility criteria for returning products at Xchange Mymensingh.
1. Return Window
Hardware defects covered under the replacement guarantee must be reported within the specified warranty period from the date of purchase.
2. Item Condition for Returns
The returned device must be in the exact condition in which it was received, complete with original box, accessories, and warranty receipt.
Items showing evidence of intentional tampering, physical drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized servicing are not eligible for return.
